Introducing Stratco’s new Sunroof Patio.
The Sunroof patio is a mechanically operated opening and closing patio roof. The advantages of the sunroof is the ability to open the patio roof and let natural light in when the weather is nice and close the patio roof when poor weather is around. You also have the luxury of leaving the roof open with no worries of any outdoor furniture being damaged if a storm comes while your not home, the rain sensor will close the roof as soon as water comes in contact. All this while all adding extreme value and appearance to your home.
This particular sunroof was install in an area where previously a retractable awning was. While the awning was good the worries the owners had leaving it fully extended if a storm came outweighed the reasons for keeping it.
The new sunroof as pictured has aluminum blades which are designed for a more tight seal and a cleaner finish.
