This recently installed Insulated flyover patio built in Arundel on the Gold Coast was a job in the works for over a year. These are the little things that separate Bardera Patios from your everyday patio companies. Customer service is something we pride ourselves on at Bardera Patios, so when a client takes the time to let you know how happy they were patio building process its humbling.
So we decided to build a roof over our new deck area , we went through the three quote process , one no show , one scribbled something on a bit of paper( still not sure what was quoted on) and shoved it into our letter box and then there was Oliver. We initially got Oliver to come out and quote almost 12months before we built roof, we were very impressed from the start no pressure selling he listened to us and offered suggestions to what he thought would work and left saying he would email us a quote. Well guess what he did ( very surprising these days ) and I would like to comment on how professional the quote was that we received( also commented on by a friend who is a licence builder). The quote was presented in easy to understand tems and even included 3D drawings so we could visualise how it would look.We exchanged emails over the next 12 months( again no pressure selling) until finally we went ahead.Everything went as scheduled by Oliver , the team who built our project we professionally presented, courteous and seriously hard workers.
