Another beautiful completed Insulated Patio built in Mermaid Beach on the Gold Coast. This particular job was constructed on the 4th level rooftop, the area has beautiful views from the beach to the Gold Coast Hinterland. The existing rooftop was always used as an entertaining area, although without the patio roofing it couldn’t be used to its full potential. The Gold Coast experiences extreme heat which made the area almost unusable during summer and with any wet weather the area also was wasted. The addition of the Stratco’s Cooldek insulated patio roofing have transformed a previously good area into a truley great area which can be used all year round rain, hail or shine.
Bardera Patios were able to arrange the logistics for our Stratco delivery drive to meet the crane operator on site at 7am, the patio kit was lifted directly onto the roof by 8am and the job was complete by 1pm.
