Requirements: Our client was an effective roofing solution for their patio to take control of the sunlight exposure with the Stratco Outback Sunroof Louvre Patio. With the electronically controlled louvres it can be open and closed to desired position. Let the sunlight in when the weather is fine, diminish the sunlight at midday or provide protection from the rain when the clouds set in.

We used the Stratco Outback Sunroof system which best know for its wow factor along with the style and value it adds to any home.

The sunroof is a remote controlled or smart phone operated opening louver roof which opens from flat to 135d which enables you to block or allow in as much or as little light as required to allow a perfect feel for your outdoor space.

When the sun sets you can also remotely or smart phone operate the LED lights which can be added into the louvers.

If you are worried about what happens when it rains, don’t be, the sunroof comes with an automatic rain sensor. This will close the roof no matter what time of day or night as soon as the rain starts.

The sunroof patio can be fit into existing openings or can come as a complete engineered stand alone or attached structure.

Additional Features: For this job completed in Burleigh heads on the Gold Coast we have added rendered bulkheads around with linea board cladding to the exterior to allow this patio to seamlessly transition from indoor to outdoor and match the design of the existing home.
